Classes and Workshops
Wise Fool offers classes in circus arts and puppetry to people of all ages in schools, libraries, community centers, and onsite at our studio in Santa Fe and at the Penasco Theatre.
Wise Fool focuses on our students' individual personal development rather than training professional artists or performers. The process of learning circus and puppetry is not only fun, it helps students to develop self-confidence, learn and practice teamwork and mutual respect, develop trust in themselves and others, and explore their unique self-expression.
Non-competitive and highly physical, circus arts help kids and adults alike to develop a positive relationship with their bodies through balance, strength-building, and healthy risk-taking. And, it's really, really fun.
Kids Camps and Afterschool
Wise Fool's youth programs encourage self-confidence, trust, healthy risk-taking, teamwork, and self-expression. Youth learn trapeze, acrobatics and tumbling, juggling, clowning, and much more!

Ongoing Studio Classes
Wise Fool welcomes adults of all ages, shapes, fitness and experience levels, and genders to join us for ongoing classes in circus arts and theatre! Disciplines taught throughout the year include trapeze, lyra, aerial fabric, acrobalance, mask and physical theatre, juggling, contortion, conditioning, and more.

Adult Circus Intensives
Wise Fool's Circus Intensives (BUST and ELEVATE) provide a safe space for adults of all shapes, sizes, ages, gender presentations, and backgrounds to come together and explore their physical and inner strength while building trust and community.
